So here we are in 2021…we thought it would never get here….but now that it’s here…hmmm…
We talked about something on air that we don’t usually talk about….our resolutions…AC Never makes them (he says there’s nothing you can do on January 1st that you can’t do any other day of the year) and Kelly doesn’t like to share them because, well, there’s that fear of failure if they don’t work out.
We fill you in on all of that just to say….2021 is a year of changing…changing whatever it is you don’t like…about yourself, your situation, etc.
Weight is a huge issue for both of us…maybe for you too….
It’s not easy to talk about…it’s not easy to lose…it’s not easy to maintain.
Most habits you can quit and just avoid them at all costs…but you always have to eat…so at every meal, there it is…food! Delicious Food!
Here are our thoughts…we can learn so much from each other…even if it’s just a support system or an applaud on something good that happens in your life. We need YOU to help us in the battle, this journey…
AC has vowed to lose 15 pounds in 6 weeks. Kelly is going for losing 10 pounds in 6 weeks.
If you want to share your goals, programs, successes, failures, tips, tricks….ANY of it…we would love to share in it with you. Individually we’ve all tried…but together…well….maybe it’s something that could work.

Albert Einstein once said that insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
And how about Tony Robbins...If what you’re doing isn’t working, change your approach.
You can’t change others, the only thing you can change is yourself.
Let’s make 2021 our year, your year, the year that we change the things we don’t like about ourselves…for us…it’s our weight (insert cartoon spring noise here….LOL)
